On Sunday 29th June he takes to the stage Weston Homes Community Stadium, Colchester for his first ever performance in the town.
Elton commented on his new dates: "As I have said when asked about the song Home Again on my new album, The Diving Board, there is something very special to me about coming home.
"I’ve been all around the world and I truly enjoy playing my music for fans everywhere I can, but I do so look forward to coming back home to England, especially every summer when I get to perform in places I have never played before, like Colchester."

The dates will include number one hits and classic songs from his remarkable 40 year career, including tracks from his recently praised album 'The Diving Board' described by The Independent as "An album that may be the best of his career".
