Of those non-league sides, Concord Rangers carry the Essex flag with Dagenham and the U's into the Second Round, after their FA Cup tie at Mansfield was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
There are 17 non-league sides remaining in the Second Round, as all 40 teams look to make it through to the next stage, when the Championship and Premier League sides join in.
Having progressed past Gosport Borough on Sunday, they will discover their Round Two opponents when the draw is made on BBC2.
