Colchester United defender Alex Wynter has been chosen by the club as our PFA Community Champion for the second season running.
Once again in 2016/17, Alex went above and beyond in his support of the club's community efforts, not only supporting a wide range of programmes run by our Football in the Community team but also giving up additional time to coach in schools too.
Alex was one of several community ambassadors among the U's playing squad this season and has been a keen proponent of pushing the U's name in the local area.
