Colchester United's young players venture into cup action on Tuesday afternoon, as they take on Barnet in the Central League Cup.
As well as the U's Category Two league fixtures and their participation in the Premier League Cup, the club has also entered into the Central League Cup this season to provide additional competitive fixtures.
And the U's matches in the competition get underway with a trip to The Hive to take on the Bees.
The U's will also face AFC Wimbledon, Peterborough United and Southend United in the group stages.
It is a young side that travels to north London on Tuesday for the 1pm kick-off, with the majority of players coming from the U's second year U18s scholars.
Rhys Williams (pictured), George Keys and Decarrey Sheriff have all featured in recent U23s fixtures and will hope to impress against Barnet.
