A chance for football mad girls to try the sport.

Colchester United are looking for young female footballers to join a new programme run by our Football in the Community team.

Colchester United Wildcats launches on Monday April 24th, for girls aged between 5 and 11 years of age to get involved in football.

The project is an integral part of The FA's objective to double girls' football participation by 2020 and has been established in a joint partnership between The FA and SSE, supporters of girls' football participation and sponsor of the SSE Women's FA Cup.

The U's programme will be run from Shrub End, between 5pm and 6pm on Mondays and the initial scheme will take place over the next 16 weeks, costing just £1 per session!
