Tom, who is a keen supporter of the team with his family, has developed a love of wheelchair racing.
Currently, he trains in a borrowed chair, so his family are trying to raise funds for his own chair to help him progress.
Tom has been entered him into the Mars Milk sports fund competition and, should he get the most votes in September, he'll win £1,000 towards the specially adapted chair he needs.
