U's climb clean sheets table.
Colchester United made it four clean sheets in five games on Saturday as they recorded a very useful three points in the win over Crewe Alexandra.
The victory moved them out of the bottom four and left supporters with high hopes that the team can start to climb the League One table in the coming weeks.
The fourth clean sheet means that only Walsall have had more shut-outs so far this season.
The current table for clean sheets is:-
5 - Walsall
4 - Bristol City, Colchester United, Fleetwood Town, Gillingham, Peterborough United, Oldham Athletic, Preston North End
The U's travel to Preston this weekend, looking to extend that run of eight points in five games under Tony Humes.
