U's face Seagulls on Aug 9th
A date for the U's EFL Cup tie First Round has been confirmed. John McGreal and the squad will travel to East Sussex on Tuesday 9th August to take on Brighton & Hove Albion.
Kick off at the AMEX Stadium will be 7.45pm, with the Championship club hosting the U's for the first time at their impressive new stadium.
The last time the U's visited Brighton, goals from Inigo Calderon and Craig Noone gave the Seagulls a 2-0 win at the Withdean Stadium.
