21-year-old American Will, a product of the Birmingham academy, has initially signed on loan until January 1st and will be available for the U's weekend trip to MK Dons.
Having made his Blues first team debut in August 2012, he has gone on to play 21 times for City and also enjoyed a loan spell with Bristol Rovers this time last year, playing eight times.
