U's hold latest Football in the Community Day.
Colchester United will be reaffirming their community commitments when they hold their Football in the Community Day for the match against Peterborough United on April 16th.
The U's community programme continues to go from strength to strength, with around 7,000 children in 70 schools a week being helped by our coaches across the local area.
Many of those children will be in attendance for the match against the Posh on the 16th and we also have:-
- Essex FA join us for a Respect Day
- Free health checks
- Free health checks
- Freestyle footballer performance
- Live music pre-match
- Cubs from the local area perform in a five-a-side football tournament
- Demonstration sessions at half time by our Development Centre teams
- Half time dance performance
Tickets for the game are selling well and the Family Enclosure in particular is likely to be very busy for this game.
