Pitch works get started.
With the season over and the pitch hire period completed, work has now got underway on the U's playing surface at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
The U's will be hosting Lionel Richie in a summer concert on June 25th, so renovations have now begun to ensure that much of the work is done ahead of the big event.
We will, of course, keep you up to date with the pitch works taking place as we prepare for the 2016/17 season getting underway on August 6th.
