Boss eager to oversee a change in fortunes.
Colchester United boss Kevin Keen believes that continued hard work will get his team the results they deserve in the coming weeks.
The U's quest for a win has been well documented over recent weeks and Kevin is eager that the team's fortunes change when they take on Shrewsbury Town this weekend at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
"Today is the day where we've got back on it as a team and really been the front foot.
Reflecting on the past few days, he said "It's been a tough week after losing last weekend, because we were doing so well for thirty minutes and looking good until the red card.

"We've worked the lads very hard over the past few days and the players are looking ready for Saturday's game."
Like everyone else associated with the U's, Kevin knows the value of getting three points.
And he is prepared to take on the Shrews fresh from their FA Cup game against Manchester United earlier this week.

He continued: "I've spoken to people in the game and they think the same as I've been telling everyone over the past few weeks.
"We've all got to keep working hard, and I've got to stick to my principles.
"People keep reminding me that it was a tough situation when I first arrived, and even though my pride has been hurt, you have to keep working hard and do the right things.
"Saturday's game is going to be a tough task, they have a couple of good forward players, but we are looking forward to it."
