Global superstar to play the latest concert at U's home venue.
Following last week's announcement of Manchester and London shows, an extra tour date has been added in Colchester – taking Lionel to a place he's never been before.
The stadium will welcome global superstar Lionel Richie to the U's home venue on Saturday 25th June.

International superstar Lionel Richie will return to the UK in 2016 to perform open air concerts in parts of the UK he's never visited before.
As well as the Weston Homes Community Stadium, Colchester on June 25th. The 'All The Hits' Tour will also visit St Austell, Swansea, Colwyn Bay, Sheffield and Gloucester.
Lionel's shows are world renowned for their party atmosphere and audiences will be able to join Lionel in singing along to classics such as 'Hello', 'Easy', 'Dancing on the Ceiling' 'Say You Say Me' and 'All Night Long'.
Performing 'All The Hits' from his extensive and much loved repertoire spanning decades, all the way from the Commodores to the present day.
