The key information ahead of Saturday.

It is now only a day until we welcome global music superstar Lionel Richie to the Weston Homes Community Stadium.

Lionel's visit comes two years after Elton John's concert at the home of Colchester United and excitement is rising ahead of the concert on Saturday, June 25th.

My tickets haven't arrived yet, when can I expect them?
The distribution process for tickets is now well underway. If you have yet to receive your tickets as the concert draws closer, please contact the ticket agency from whom you made your original booking.

What time does the concert start?
Doors at the Weston Homes Community Stadium open at 5pm, with Corinne Bailey-Rae due on stage at 7.45pm and Lionel Richie at 8.45pm. We would expect the event to finish between 10.30pm and 10.45pm.

I haven't bought parking yet - how do I do it?
The club and promotors have made thousands of parking spaces available for the concert, across a range of sites.

Several of our parking sites have now SOLD OUT. Parking at the Ardleigh Car Boot Venue can be booked online by visiting our www.coluboxoffice.com website.

It is essential to book in advance.

Please note that the stadium car park will be held for 45 minutes after the end of the concert, to allow the stadium site to clear of pedestrians.

Can I get the bus to the stadium?
We will also be running a shuttle bus service from at Bruff Close, near to Colchester train station on the day of the concert. The buses start at 4.30pm and the last bus is due to leave the stadium site at 0.30am.

Buses from the other park and ride sites provided (Essex House and Ardleigh Car Boot) will also commence at 4.30pm.

Will there be cash points available at the stadium?
There are no cash points on site, so it is strongly advised to come with the money you will need on the day. We will be operating a cash back facility on the day from the Club Shop when purchases of £5 or more are made.

Please note, catering units (with the exception of Hospitality and Hot Shots café)  are cash only – no cards can be accepted.

What food and drink options will be available at the stadium?
There will be a wide range of food and drink available, both in the concourses and with a number of other outlets around the stadium site on the day. As well as the stadium concessions, this includes:-

2 x Outside Bars, 2 x Burger, 2 x Carvery/Hog Roast, 1 x Fish & Chips, 1 x Chinese/Noodles, 3 x Ice Cream, 1 x German Sausage, 1 x Doughnuts & Coffee,  Please note it is not permitted to bring your own food and drink to the concert.

Will you be showing the Euro2016 matches at the stadium on the evening of the concert?
With England now playing on Monday, we won't now be showing Saturday's games at the stadium.
