Defender heads to Park Drive.
Young defender Marley Andrews has headed out on loan, joining Maldon & Tiptree on an initial month's spell at Park Drive.
Marley, part of the U's development squad, has been with the U's since the age of six and has been a regular at age group throughout his time at the club.
U's U21s coach Steve Ball, who also now manages Maldon & Tiptree, said: "I have worked with Marley for several years, he is a dynamic defender and he needs to gain some more experience at this level of football.
