Colchester United youngsters Tyler Brampton and Joe Tennent have joined Grays Athletic, as they get a taste of men's football.
Right back Tyler enjoyed a successful loan stint with Maldon & Tiptree earlier in the season, and will now head to Grays until the end of the season.
For centre half Joe, this is his first time away from the U's, and he will be with the Ryman Premier League side on a work experience basis.
Grays currently sit in tenth place in the table with seven games remaining.
