The U's warmed up for next week's all Essex clash in perfect style on Saturday, winning another derby game as they beat Norwich 3-0.

Second half goals from Jamie Cureton, Richard Garcia and Chris Iwelumo saw the U's enjoy another match against East Anglian rivals to consolidate their top ten spot.
