Colchester United are delighted to announce a new sponsorship with leading online recruitment web site www.Jobserve.com.

The deal will see JobServe's name back on a Colchester United shirt for a second time.

Having previously sponsored the home shirt from 2000 to 2002, the Tiptree-based firm will now appear on the new look navy away shirt, worn for the first time at the U's game at Milton Keynes in late August.

The four year agreement will also see the East Stand at the award winning Weston Homes Community Stadium renamed "The JobServe Stand".

"We are extremely pleased to welcome JobServe on board again," Colchester United Chief Executive Steve Bradshaw said.

"The club enjoyed a successful association with one of the area's leading companies the first time around and we are sure that it will be an equally fruitful partnership in the coming years.

"This is the latest in a number of high profile partnership deals that the club has struck over the summer as we aim to become a sustainable Championship football club.

"Working with companies of this stature can only benefit our work."

JobServe was the world's first internet recruitment company, set up some sixteen years ago by current Colchester United owner Robbie Cowling.

As well as sponsoring Colchester United, they have also struck a deal to become the official career partner of FL interactive.

FL Interactive manages and develops the internet and mobile rights of 80 English football clubs, 8 from the Premier, 64 from The Football League and 8 from the Football Conference.

JobServe will provide a jobs link on all 80 official club websites together with extensive advertising to their combined 5.5 million monthly unique visitors.

FL Interactive has the largest football network globally and this partnership will provide benefits to fans seeking work, local recruiters, as well as massive exposure for the JobServe brand.
