Duo Return To Bolster U's Squad

The U's squad has been bolstered by a host of fresh faces for the tough trip to Gillingham this weekend.

John-Joe O'Toole is back from his two game suspension after missing the defeats to Preston and Norwich, whilst Paul Reid is in contention after missing the game against the Canaries.

Reid had had a hernia operation over the Christmas period, but is available for selection for the game at Priestfield.

Ian Henderson will miss the game, however, as he begins a three game suspension for his sending off in the game at the Weston Homes Community Stadium last Saturday.

New signings Morten Knudsen and Christian Ribeiro both travel to Kent, taking squad numbers 30 and 24 respectively.

But new professional Tom Bender doesn't travel to the weekend fixture, after injuring his ankle in training this week.

Ashley Vincent is still out of contention following his ankle injury picked up against Swindon earlier in the season, but he has travelled to the game as part of Aidy Boothroyd's squad as he begins his reintegration into the first team set-up.
