The U's made it two wins out of two against their Essex rivals on Monday night - and extended their advantage in derby doubles.

Following the 2-1 win down at Roots Hall earlier in the season, the U's completed the six point haul over their neighbours to strengthen their promotion push.

In the 62 league games between the two sides, the Shrimpers have the overall edge, whilst the U's lead the derby doubles by 7-5.
