A versatile defender who joined the U's in the middle of August 2002 after a successful pre-season trial. In 2004/5, Pat made himself a must pick and deservedly swept the board at the club's Player of the Year awards.
Although he signed a new three year contract in the summer of 2009, last season saw him loaned out to Southend, but he will hope for more football this time around.
