Colchester United have improved their pre-match preparations to make the matchday experience as trouble free as possible for the club's supporters.

So, what's happening?

- Telephone bookings can now be made right up until an hour before kick off

- Online bookings can now be made right up until two hours before kick off

- ALL collections (telephone and online) will now be from main reception. There's no need to queue at the Ticket Office if you've already booked!

- Six ticket office windows will continue to be fully manned every matchday

- And, after Saturday games, you can purchase your tickets for the U's next match, with the Ticket Office open until 5.30pm!
