Colchester United will always be looking to recruit new exciting new talent to our youth programme, so if you believe you have what it takes to progress, then we look forward to your application.

We welcome players from U8s-U15s to apply.

The club does not have specific trial dates, although all applications will be screened and in the event we feel your application does not meet our criteria, you will be contacted by email or post, as indicated on the application form.

To apply to attend a Talent Day, we ask all players to complete the application form and send it via post or email to the address below.

We ask players to complete the application in full (Applications may not be successful if sections are not completed).

Once a date has been finalised to identify your talent, we will contact you with all the Information.

We have a number of Talent Identification Officers working within our recruitment region and they may come to watch you perform. If any of our staff are attending, we will contact you.
