We suggest planning the layout and branding of your stand beforehand so that when you arrive to set up, you know exactly how everything is going to fit and look.

Below is some information about the size of your stand and what is included with it:-

Premium Platinum Stand
4m x 2m shell scheme stand. The walls of the shell scheme are 244cm high and there is a 30cm deep fascia surrounding the top of the stand. The walls are Velcro compatible – you will need the hook side of the Velcro to attach posters / items to the walls. Use of blue tac, pins, staples or anything which might damage the walls is unfortunately prohibited.

Lighting and a power socket is included in this stand, as well as a table and two chairs.

Platinum Stand

Silver Stand
2m x 2m area with a table and two chairs. No items can be attached to the walls in the Vice Presidents Lounge.
