Timings & Lunch

Saturday
2pm – 6pm: Stadium open for you to set up your stand

Sunday
8am: Stadium opens for you to set up your stand
9.30am: All stands must be fully set up
10am: Show opens to visitors
4pm: Show closes. Break-down commences once all visitors have left the show
6pm: All exhibitors and equipment must be off site

Glam! will be a busy day so you will need someone to cover for your breaks and an opportunity to network and visit the other stands at the show.

Make sure you have enough staff with you so that your stand is never unattended.

There will be a bar menu from which you can pre-order lunch at an allocated time.

There will be an exhibitor lunch room set up in Box 1 on the second floor to which you can order your lunch at a chosen time between 11am and 3pm.

Lunch pre-order forms and bar menus will be given to you on the day in your exhibitor welcome pack.
