Premier League Reading Stars will help build pupils' confidence with reading, writing and spoken language through the power of Colchester United and Premier League football.
The sessions will be delivered to groups of up to 8 pupils for 6 weeks who have a passion for the beautiful game. For the 2022/23 academic year, the scheme of work has been updated providing pupils with new activities, topics and skills to learn.
Also delivered under our Reading Stars Programme is Story Stars for Key Stage 1. Pupils spend six weeks listening, telling and creating stories to engage them into the world of reading.
