WHY YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

Many of our programmes are free to attend, ensuring that finance is never a barrier to participation. However, delivering these opportunities comes at a significant cost, and we rely on donations, fundraising and grant funding to sustain our work.

Every pound you give will be invested directly back into the development and sustainability of the Foundation, ensuring we can continue delivering vital services across North Essex. Unlike national charities, your support stays local — strengthening our community and changing lives.

HOW DOES MY DONATION SUPPORT PEOPLE?

£5 per month covers the cost of an Inclusive U’s session for a child or adult with special educational needs or disabilities, giving them the chance to stay active, build confidence and make friends.

£10 per month provides a child in receipt of free school meals with food and fun activities during half-term, supporting families who may otherwise struggle.

£20 per month funds an older adult’s place at our Senior U’s session for a whole month, helping to tackle loneliness and isolation in the community.

£25 per month covers the cost of a coach to deliver a Team Talk session for adults struggling with their mental health.
