For more information about how you can get a very special mention on your first visit, send an email to MEDIA@COLCHESTERUNITED.NET and we'll let you know what you need to do next.

PURCHASING MATCH TICKETS

There are two main ways to purchase tickets for games at the JobServe Community Stadium - online or from the Club Shop. Tickets are not available to purchase from our turnstiles.

PURCHASING ONLINE

Tickets can be purchased in advance online by visiting colutickets.com right up until kick off. Your tickets will be emailed to you once you have completed your purchase, and you can either print them off or show them on a smartphone when you get to the turnstiles.

Purchasing tickets online will require you to make a Col U Tickets account - click Sign In/Register to make your account and get your tickets.

PURCHASING FROM THE CLUB SHOP

You can get your tickets for the next match at the JobServe Community Stadium from the self-service ticket machines located in the Club Shop. The Club Shop is open from 10am-2pm Monday to Friday, and open from 11am on matchdays. Your receipt will have a QR code that acts as your ticket so make sure to look after it until you get to the turnstile. *Please note, you will not be able to select your seat when purchasing on the self-service machines.

WHERE TO SIT

The East Stand, or Family Stand, is the perfect place for first time visitors watching Colchester United. Each adult can get two FREE Under 11 tickets with the purchase of their own, making supporting the U's an affordable experience.

You'll also find the Family Fan Zone within the East Stand, with plenty of activities to keep youngsters entertained pre-match - including kid-friendly games and activities as well as playing as Col U on EA Sports' FC video games.

This is the noisiest part of the stadium, housing the U's most vocal supporters. It is also home to one of our supporters groups, the BWA (Blue and White Army) - who organise flag displays for games throughout the season.

The largest stand at the JobServe Community Stadium, the West Stand is home to the tunnel, dugouts and hospitality areas. You'll find our longest standing supporters located in this stand, as well as plenty of kids who are trying to get the best view of the teams as they walk out of the tunnel before the game.

The North Stand is the designated area for away supporters to sit. If you are an away supporter wanting to purchase tickets here, please get in touch with the visiting team.

MATCHDAY PROGRAMMES

Here at Colchester United, a digital copy of We Are United, our official matchday programme, is included in your ticket price for every visit to the JobServe Community Stadium to watch the first team in league action.

You'll be able to get yours up to 24 hours before kick-off, by logging onto your ticket account and clicking on the link to your digital programme.

Please note: programmes are not included for cup, trophy or U21 matches.
