Colchester United

Fiacre has joined the U’s from Bradford City on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

The Irish centre-back was on loan at Solihull Moors before being recalled by Bradford to make the signing happen.

Fiacre has a wealth of experience, racking up over 200 professional appearances in his career and has also represented the Republic of Ireland’s U19 squad.

He’s played for Wrexham, Macclesfield Town, Oxfored United and Celtic, he’s also been on a few loan spells in his time.

The six-foot three defender will definitely add some height into the side to help defend and attack from set-pieces.
