Richard Thomas has over twenty-years of coaching experience, having lived and worked in three different continents and four different countries.
He has worked at many different successful football clubs, including Leyton Orient where he worked as the academy manager for six months. He was the assistant manager at Notts County for almost two years before moving to Watford to be the academy manager there.
Thomas was also the Assistant manager for the Wales Women’s International side for over a year. During his time there Thomas helped get the side to the FIFA Women’s World Cup Play-Offs for the first time in their history, an incredibly experienced man to have in the dugout alongside Matt Bloomfield, hoping he can bring his wealth of expertise to the coaching staff.
