Ramm and Phillips make loan debuts.
Young U's duo Jackson Ramm and Shaun Phillips got their respective loan spells off to a positive start at the weekend.
Jackson has headed out on a month's loan to Cambridge City and helped the Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division club to a clean sheet as they drew 0-0 against AFC Totton.
The U's right back will be with City until January 12th.
Meanwhile, Shaun was between the sticks for Leiston at the weekend and also earned himself a clean sheet as the Suffolk side picked up another three points with a 1-0 win over Harrow Borough.
Shaun is with Leiston until January 14th.
There was also good news for Tom Bender and Bradley Hamilton as they helped Chelmsford City through to the last sixteen of the FA Trophy.
Tom was an unused sub in the game, whilst Bradley came off the bench to see through the final stages of the match as the Clarets recorded a notable win over former league side Hereford United.
