The Olympic Torch comes to Colchester on Friday morning - and Eddie the Eagle can't wait!
The U's fluffy mascot has been practicing his 100m sprints and javelin throws ahead of the Games later this month, but first of all he's preparing to welcome the Torch to our fantastic town.
Eddie is intending to be at the top of the High Street near the Post Office on Friday morning and is hoping that plenty of Colchester United fans will come and join him to see the Torch come past.
If you're heading into town tomorrow to see the Torch, then come and say hello to Eddie - he's aiming to be near to Yates/the Post Office on his very own Col U corner.
Better still, if you've got your Colchester United colours, join Eddie in a sea of blue and white!
Eddie will have a pair of tickets with him for the Portsmouth game and will choose one lucky fan to win those tickets and come to the big match against Pompey!
