Tom and Bradley get first team opportunity.
U's duo Tom Bender and Bradley Hamilton have headed out on loan to Chelmsford City.
Both players have found first team opportunities limited this season and so will head to the Melbourne Stadium club on a month's loan to get senior football under their belts in the next four weeks.
Tom, who spent time on loan at Accrington last season, and Bradley, who made his U's debut at the tail end of the 2011/2 campaign, have joined the Clarets in time for their FA Cup game at Crawley on Saturday.
"We wish them well in their loan spells, it will be good for them to experience some football elsewhere and play senior football," U's boss Joe Dunne told the official website.
