went on to make 17 appearances for his home town club.

A move to Millwall followed in the summer of 2009, and the Lions loaned him out to Yeovil in the 2010/11 season, where he made 17 appearances for the Glovers.

Later that season, he went out on loan to Charlton, and played four times for the Addicks.

John will now contest the first team goalkeeper spot with Mark.
