U's Without Jabo

23 November 2012

Striker unavailable against parent club.

The U's will be without striker Jabo Ibehre when they travel to MK Dons this weekend.

The front man, who has proven to be a huge hit with U's fans since signing from the Dons on loan upon Joe Dunne's arrival as the U's manager, is unable to play under the terms of his loan deal.

Clinton Morrison is in pole position to take Jabo's place in the team, having come off the bench in recent games to give the U's a fresh option.

Meanwhile, U's boss Dunne will decide whether to put West Ham loanee Dan Potts straight into the side on Saturday after his arrival from the Hammers on loan deadline day on Thursday.

Otherwise it's the same squad for the U's after their recent exploits, with John Sullivan set to play the final game of his initial month long loan spell and Matt Heath and Kem Izzet still on the road to recovery.

Kem has been back and training with the rest of the side this week, whilst Matt is expected to rejoin his team-mates next week.
