Joe Dunne's men were drawn against the Ryman League North side in last week's draw, which took place at the U's training ground at Florence Park.
And Harlow will come to the Weston Homes Community Stadium in three weeks time as the U's begin their adventure in this year's county competition.
Meanwhile, the U's U18s are also set to begin their own cup trail with a home tie, having been drawn at home in the First Round Proper of the FA Youth Cup.
They're set to face either Dulwich Hamlet - home of former U's man George Elokobi - or Camberley Town, dependent on the result of their own qualifying round match.
