Colchester Rugby demonstrate their skills.
Colchester Rugby Club became the latest local sports side to demonstrate their skills on a Colchester United matchday this season.
Following previous visits from Colchester Tennis Club and Essex Cricket, the rugby team made the short trip from Mill Road to entertain fans ahead of Saturday's game against Doncaster Rovers.
After demonstrating some drills before kick-off, they also got onto the pitch at half time to show off a full contact game to U's fans in attendance at the weekend.
They brought a boys and girls team to the match on Saturday and we would like to thank Colchester Rugby for paying us a visit, and wish them all the best for this season.
