Mascot abseils off the Town Hall.
U's fluffy hero Eddie the Eagle proved he had a head for heights at the weekend, as he abseiled from the Town Hall for charity.
No stranger to flying high - not least with the U's currently sitting in fourth place in League One - Eddie was one of nearly fifty charity fundraisers who abseiled on Sunday in aid of East Anglia's Children's Hospices.
The U's mascot even had time for a wing flap halfway down his abseil and received a warm round of applause from those watching.
He then took time to go around with a bucket to help raise further funds for the regional charity.
