Boss wants his side to show what they've got.
The U's have won three out of the last four to gain some momentum in their quest to pull away from trouble at the foot of League One, and their manager wants them to take that confidence into the match against Sheffield United.
U's boss Joe Dunne wants his side to take on the challenge of a trip to Bramall Lane full on this weekend, as they look to extend their recent good run.
He said: "I think their name on its own exudes the sense of a big game and they're a team who will want to go up - their fans will be expecting it.
"Danny Wilson has managed them well and they'll be right in the mix again this season.
"It will be a hard match, but we should embrace the opportunity to challenge ourselves against a good team."
The U's will look to extend their recent run, in which they have picked up some crucial points and regained their threat in front of the opposition goal.
With a settled side in those matches, the U's look like they have the tools in their armory to climb up the table and ensure another year in League One.
Joe added: "We're on a decent run. The next run of fixtures are against high-flying sides, but our form is good at the moment. Our game plan has been working and our attitude in training and games has been really good.
"We'll be looking for a good perfornance - points are important of course - but performances will be key to continue the momentum in the coming weeks.
"The kind of players we have are ones that confidence and there's almost a sense of swagger in the side at the moment.
"But they have to back that up with a performance and we'll look to do that on Saturday."
