Midfielder extends loan until end of season.
Colchester United are delighted to confirm that midfielder Billy Clifford will be staying with the U's until the end of the season.Billy has made a big impression during his spell with the U's so far, his first spell away from parent club Chelsea.
And the ball-playing midfielder is relishing his time in north Essex, with the expectation of plenty more to come in the coming weeks.
"It has been a really good experience so far. The gaffer has been fantastic to me and the players have as well, so I'm glad that I took the chance to come here.

Billy has now made five appearances for the U's, four of which alongside the undoubted experience of David Wright as Joe Dunne's men have begun to pick up points in the last few weeks.
