Anthony, who recently celebrated his 24th birthday, came through the ranks at the U's and has gone on to play 199 times for the first team.
Having made his debut back in the 2007/8 season, he was a regular in the side throughout his time at the club, and only 43 U's players have pulled on the blue and white stripes on more occasions.
During his time in the first team, he scored a total of 35 goals for the U's, many of which came from set pieces.
He made his debut in the final year of the U's time at Layer Road and no U's player has played more home games at the Weston Homes Community Stadium since the club's switch in the summer of 2008.
