This will be your special day and you will be involved from the moment you arrive at the stadium until the full time whistle is blown!
The Matchday Club is a fantastic way to get yourselves involved in every aspect of a Colchester United Matchday from having a Stadium Tour to practicing your skills and welcoming both teams onto the pitch before kick off.
To make things even better, we are rewarding any youth football club/group who signs up the entire team with a chance to win a Gold Matchday Club package worth £400 for our Match against Yeovil Town on February 26th 2013. If you are the lucky winners of the Gold Matchday Club Package your day will look like this:-
12.00noon:
Met by coach at The Weston Homes Community Stadium and have your Match Tickets distributed before getting a brief of your special day!
12.05pm-12.30pm:
The team and manager will receive a grand stadium tour and get an insight into what goes on during a CUFC Matchday.
12.30pm-1.30pm:
You will receive a coaching session from one of our CUFC Matchday Coaches, these sessions can be tailored to anything you may be working on in your own training or can be used for fun games and matches.
1.30pm-1.45pm:
A Colchester United first team star will come and visit you to see how your day is going, giving you the chance to ask any questions you may have.
1.45pm-2.45pm:
You will have an hour’s free time to visit the Club Shop, grab some food or watch the teams warm up in preparation for the big kick off.
2.45pm-3pm:
Your Matchday Club coordinator will take you from your seats around to the tunnel to prepare yourselves for the guard of honour to welcome the teams onto the pitch!
3pm-4.45pm:
At kick off, it's your time to get behind the U’s and cheer them on to victory, which would be the perfect way to cap your day out with Colchester United!
