U's mascot out and about
Eddie the Eagle has been out and about again this week.On Thursday, the U's ever popular mascot paid a visit to Kingsford School, before flying off to Elmstead Market on Friday morning.
The U's Football in the Community team were at Kingsford to showcase their services at a sports activity taster afternoon, with children able to take part in some short football coaching sessions.
On Friday, it was Market Fields School who had the pleasure of Eddie's company, as they hosted a community fayre.
Schools from across the area were invited and Eddie joined in the fun, including having a go in the Egg and Spoon race.
