Another development centre launched.
Colchester United are setting up another Elite Development Centre for talented boys locally, this time in Haverhill.
This centre becomes the sixth that the U’s have set up across the local area in their endeavours to find the best young footballers.
Venue: Haverhill Leisure Centre
Day: Friday evenings, starting November 22nd
Time: 5-6pm (7-9 years) and 6pm to 7pm (9-11 years)
This is an exciting opportunity for players to receive excellent coaching from experienced academy coaches and possibly get the opportunity to progress further into our Academy environment. Players will be assessed regularly and opportunities to play development games could be possible.
These EDC allow players to receive coaching whilst still playing for their local club at no cost to the families.
Scouts will continually work in the area looking for talented players to join our EDC in Haverhill, ensuring talented players get the opportunity to further progress their football ambitions.
