Ryan Dickson also travels to Griffin Park this weekend, his first inclusion in a matchday squad since the U's were defeated at Coventry City earlier in the season.

Midfielder David Wright is back in the fold as the U's travel to Brentford this weekend for their latest away game.Jamie Sendles-White is back in contention after returning from international duty with Northern Ireland, but fellow loanee Danny Pappoe misses out after picking up a knock in the game against Norwich during the week - although he is expected to be available for the game against Shrewsbury on Tuesday.

U's:

And whilst Matt's time may be coming to a close, Andy Bond is back in a Colchester squad with his loan spell at Bristol Rovers having concluded after last Saturday's matches.

Both will be hoping that they could get the nod in the midweek game, with this Saturday's match at Brentford potentially the last for Matt Taylor in a U's shirt, with his first month due to expire this weekend.
