Mascot hosts sporting kids as part of #takeoverthetown.
As part of our Take Over The Town efforts, Eddie welcomed youngsters to the Weston Homes Community Stadium to participate in some unusual golf games!
U's fluffy mascot Eddie the Eagle enjoyed an afternoon of golf with the team from Coastal Golf on Monday afternoon.

They tried out tri-golf and also street golf, with the kids able to show off their golfing skills in the various rooms around the stadium that Colchester United call home.
The next Take Over The Town event is the chance to take penalties against Eddie in Culver Square on Friday morning, ahead of the game against Oldham on Good Friday. We'll have more details soon.
