Cyclists sought for London to Amsterdam ride.
The final part of day one goes on to Harwich, where the cyclists board the overnight ferry to Hook of Holland.
The ride soon leaves London behind and heads into Essex, with a half time break at the Weston Homes Community Stadium!
Taking place on 12th-14th June 2015, the 145 mile ride starts on the Friday morning at the Matchroom Stadium, home of Leyton Orient.

The second half of the challenge gives you the time to get to know your team mates as you ride through the Netherlands on cycle tracks.
As you enter Amsterdam, crossing canal after canal, the ride finishes at the famous Ajax Stadium, ahead of a Saturday night relaxing or celebrating in the city.
You will then return to the UK on the Sunday morning by train to Brussels and then the Eurostar to King's Cross St Pancras.
