Captain hoping to overcome hamstring trouble.
Colchester United boss Joe Dunne will await the news of Brian Wilson's fitness as he prepares for the trip to Leyton Orient this Saturday.
The U's captain was substituted at half time in the midweek defeat to Sheffield United with a hamstring injury and has been receiving treatment since then.
Should Brian not make the cut for the trip to Brisbane Road, Joe may turn to Alie Sesay after his second half appearance against the Blades, whilst David Wright has also played in that position previously.
Alex Gilbey is set to miss out - also with a hamstring injury - whilst Drey Wright and Josh Thompson are currently still out.
Drey has, however been back in training in recent weeks and drawing closer to his first team return.
