Defender joins Skrill South side on loan.
U's defender Mason Spence has become the latest of the club's development squad players to head out on loan.
He will initially stay with The Beachboys until February 15th.
His loan period will start on Tuesday night against Bromley and includes an Essex derby against Chelmsford City next Tuesday.
Mason, who made his debut for the first team in the away game against Coventry City earlier in the season, will join Skrill South side Concord Rangers for a month.
