A crowd approaching 17,000 people will be watching one of the world's most famous musicians in action and preparations are now well underway for the big event.
It is now just 27 days until the Weston Homes Community Stadium hosts Elton John in the first major concert at the Colchester venue.
Spots at both Essex House and Colchester Rugby Club are both selling quickly and are expected to sell out within the next couple of weeks.
Parking at Ardleigh is selling steadily and it is strongly advised to purchase permits in advance to save queuing time on the day of the concert on Sunday 29th June.
